On October 16, as reported by the National Business Daily, Dongchedi has removed all three videos pertaining to the “100km/h-to-0 basic braking performance test” of the Zunjie V800. These videos were originally posted on platforms like Dongchedi’s WeChat video channel and its official Douyin account. As of the report's publication, Dongchedi had not issued any official response regarding this incident.
Significantly, on the evening of October 15, in reaction to online reports about the fracture (Note: The term is retained as it stands due to the absence of additional context; if 'fracture' is the intended meaning, then it remains unchanged) of the brake pedal bracket in the Zunjie V800 vehicle, three departments, including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, formed a joint investigation team to verify the claims. They announced that they would address the issue in strict accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Following this, Zunjie Automobile released a statement, emphasizing its proactive stance, full adherence to regulations, and unwavering cooperation with the joint investigation team's efforts.
