Insider: Huawei franchise stores to split in January next year, AITO to go solo, four other brands to be sold together

On September 17, according to insiders, starting from January 1, 2027, AITO will officially withdraw from Harmony Intelligent Connected Vehicle (HIC) and Huawei franchise stores. Dealers will have the autonomy to choose between representing AITO or the remaining four brands under the HIC umbrella. AITO will maintain its existing delivery centers to support automotive after-sales and delivery. If dealers opt to exclusively operate HIC, their stores will retain a direct sales model. As of press time, Huawei had not provided a response.
