Earlier this month, technology blogger @6GHz posted a video delving into Faraday Future's erstwhile headquarters in Los Angeles, USA. In the video, the blogger alleged that the office was a ghost town, with nothing but stickers and a few odds and ends left behind. This sparked a flurry of rumors about an 'abandoned headquarters.' On July 3, Faraday Future stepped forward to set the record straight, denying the online chatter about a 'deserted Los Angeles headquarters.' The truth is, the company's global headquarters had simply moved from its old stomping grounds in Gardena to a shiny new spot in Silicon Beach, Los Angeles. Meanwhile, the Hanford factory is still up and running. Faraday Future made it clear that the site featured in the video had been cleared out by the end of March this year, and the claims made were way off base. The company has gathered evidence of the misinformation and sent a cease-and-desist letter via its lawyers. Even though Faraday Future is now shifting its business focus towards embodied intelligent robots, it's not abandoning its automotive roots. The company is still pushing ahead with its car business, with plans to roll out the FX Super One MPV model in stages across the U.S. and make a splash in the Middle Eastern market.
