On May 27th, Kuangda Technology made an announcement revealing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhuzhou Kuangda, has utilized 30 million yuan of its internal funds to establish another wholly-owned entity, Chongqing Kuangda Automotive Interior Parts Co., Ltd. This strategic move is aimed at enhancing the company's national production capacity distribution and advancing the implementation of its "Great Transportation" strategy. Chongqing Kuangda is set to specialize in the composite processing, production, and sales of automotive seat covers and interior components. Additionally, it will offer localized application solutions and tailored services for interior materials. At present, Chongqing Kuangda has successfully finalized its industrial and commercial registration procedures and secured the necessary business license from the Market Supervision Administration of Shapingba District, Chongqing.
