Xiaomi Auto's inaugural extended-range vehicle is set to embrace a new brand identity, complete with independent sales avenues and an operational framework. Concurrently, it will also welcome a new battery supplier into its fold. Notably, the Xiaomi Kunlun model has already cemented its partnership with CALB. The selection process for the battery supplier for the third model was wrapped up in early 2024, with Sunwoda emerging as the top pick, and CALB being brought on board as a secondary supplier. Presently, Sunwoda commands a 60% share of the supply, while CALB holds a 40% stake.
