The company is set to intensify its focus, accelerating its shift towards intelligent electrification and localization. Zhou highlighted that China stands as the world's premier automotive market and the cradle of the intelligent electric ecosystem. Hyundai Motor has consistently ranked within the top three in global sales for four years running, showcasing its robust system capabilities and profitability edge. Leveraging the expertise of its Chinese team, Hyundai Motor aims to spearhead the integration of the entire industrial chain ecosystem. This involves deepening collaborations with local high-tech firms in China, expediting the development of new energy products, and unveiling 20 new models over the next five years. By 2030, the company aspires to reach a combined sales and export target of 500,000 units in the domestic market.
