On the afternoon of February 9, NIO convened a company-wide assembly where its founder, Li Bin, provided a comprehensive recap of the company's performance in 2025 and outlined strategic directions for 2026. During this occasion, he also took the opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate exceptional projects. Notably, this year saw the introduction of a 'Special Contribution Award', with the team responsible for the groundbreaking all-new ES8 model clinching the sole grand prize of the ceremony. Additionally, teams associated with models like the LeDao L90 were honored with first-place accolades.
Li Bin underscored the importance of continually refining the Core Business Unit (CBU) framework, emphasizing its pivotal role in driving operational excellence. He further affirmed that initiatives, including the concept car unveiled last year, would persist as integral components of NIO's strategy to bolster overall performance and achieve maximum output with minimal investment.
