The primary objective of this program is to boost store operational efficiency and enhance market adaptability. Under this new framework, store managers will be vested with increased autonomy in operational decision-making. Furthermore, the store evaluation system will undergo a significant overhaul, shifting from a sole focus on sales volume to a multifaceted assessment encompassing sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. In addition to these changes, Li Auto intends to shut down certain underperforming stores, with the relevant evaluation processes still underway.
