In the third quarter, Honda Motor posted an operating profit of ¥153.36 billion, outstripping the forecasted figure of ¥148.65 billion. Its net profit soared to ¥153.61 billion, substantially surpassing the anticipated ¥84.52 billion. Moreover, net sales climbed to ¥5.34 trillion, exceeding the projected ¥5.19 trillion. Looking ahead, Honda Motor now anticipates its full-year net sales to hit ¥21.10 trillion, marking an upward revision from the earlier estimate of ¥20.70 trillion.
