On February 10th, news surfaced that Alipay has recently rolled out its cutting-edge Robotaxi ride-hailing mini-program. As per the official customer service, Robotaxi represents an autonomous driving ride-hailing service platform introduced by Alipay's travel segment. Presently, it integrates autonomous driving service providers like Pony.ai, yet it hasn't undergone a full-scale official launch. Currently, the mini-program's operational scope encompasses select areas across five cities: Guangzhou, Dongguan, Beijing, Wuhan, and Shenzhen, with plans to expand to additional cities in the near future.
