On the evening of December 18, CiDi Inc. unveiled the final offer price and allotment results on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Hong Kong public offering witnessed an extraordinary level of investor enthusiasm, with subscriptions reaching 22.55 times the available shares. Meanwhile, the international offering also garnered significant interest, being subscribed 2.1 times.
After careful consideration and market evaluation, the final offer price for the shares was determined to be HK$263. Through this offering, the company is set to raise net proceeds of HK$1.309 billion.
Starting from December 19, 2025, the shares of CiDi Inc. will officially commence trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, marking a new chapter in the company's development.
