The company aims to secure over $15 billion in funding, with a valuation projected to approach $100 billion. Sources close to the situation have disclosed that, in addition to Alphabet's support, Waymo is exploring the possibility of raising billions of dollars in equity from external backers. Certain sources have further revealed that the maximum valuation under consideration by Waymo and its prospective financial partners stands at $110 billion. However, the precise scale of the financing and the ultimate valuation remain undetermined at this stage. Neither Alphabet nor Waymo has issued any official statements regarding this matter.
