Apple’s inaugural foldable smartphone, the iPhone Duo, is slated for release on October 23, and its first unboxing video has already made an early appearance online, offering a glimpse into its packaging and real-device design. The iPhone Duo arrives unfolded right from the factory, featuring eco-conscious paper tear-off seals for its packaging, eliminating the need for plastic wrap. Priced starting at 15,999 yuan, the device comes in two color options: Starlight White and Night Sky. It is powered by an A20 Pro chip, boasts a 48-megapixel dual-camera system, supports eSIM technology, and lacks a physical SIM card slot. Owing to overwhelming demand, the shipping date for pre-orders placed online through Apple’s official website has been extended to January 25, 2027.
