Apple is introducing a US titanium supplier for its new foldable model, the iPhone Duo, and expanding local production of camera components for the iPhone 18 Pro to advance its manufacturing operations in the United States. The company announced on Tuesday that it will invest up to $100 million in the Perryman Company, located in Houston, Pennsylvania, over the next three years to produce titanium materials for Apple products, including the $1,999 iPhone Duo foldable phone.
