On October 17, Beijing time, Bloomberg reported that the pre-order response to Apple's newly launched foldable smartphone, the iPhone Duo, had been overwhelmingly strong. Within mere minutes of pre-orders going live, the estimated delivery timeframe was extended to late January 2027. Apple has assured customers that it is operating at maximum production capacity to expedite the manufacturing and delivery processes, and that it will continue to accept online orders. Presently, both Apple's official website and its Tmall flagship store display an expected delivery date of January 23, 2027, for the iPhone Duo.
