Rokid has officially launched the world’s first unmanned, self-service AI glasses experience store at Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. This milestone marks Rokid’s first overseas flagship outlet and the global debut of a retail space dedicated to AI glasses, centered on self-service interactions—a significant step forward in the brand’s global expansion strategy. By the first half of 2026, Rokid had claimed a 41% share of the global AI and AR glasses market and earned the CES Best Smart Glasses Award for its innovative products.

The new store boasts eight immersive experience zones, all operating on a fully self-service basis with no sales staff present. Interactive screens within these zones are seamlessly connected to Rokid’s ultra-light AI glasses, weighing just 49 grams. This setup empowers customers to independently navigate the entire journey—from trial and exploration to purchase—with their selected items retrieved by robotic arms post-transaction. This standardized experience model is designed for rapid deployment in commercial districts worldwide, paving the way for widespread adoption of AI-driven hardware.

Hong Kong, as a strategic gateway linking the Chinese mainland and international markets, serves as Rokid’s launchpad for global growth. The selection of Harbour City capitalizes on its high foot traffic and diverse visitor profile, enabling Rokid to engage a broad spectrum of consumers and amplify brand messaging across multiple touchpoints. The store sets a new benchmark for AI glasses retail on a global scale. Looking ahead, Rokid aims to roll out this unmanned, self-service experience model across international markets.
