Xiaomi HyperOS has officially declared via its Weibo account that starting today, a new round of grayscale rollouts for the Xiaomi HyperOS 3 official version will commence, targeting a fresh batch of models. Among the fifteen devices slated for the update is the REDMI K60, with specific version numbers for each model also having been unveiled. For users currently operating on Xiaomi HyperOS 2, an initial upgrade to the latest official version is necessary to receive subsequent updates. Following the upgrade, the system will automatically recompile applications—a process that may temporarily elevate CPU resource consumption and, consequently, power usage. However, users can expect power consumption to normalize after approximately three days of regular use.
