According to supply chain insiders, ByteDance initially produced a trial batch of around 30,000 units to gauge market response. With this initial stock completely sold out and no further orders placed for additional materials, the circulation volume of these phones is set to remain limited in the near term. Furthermore, ByteDance has teamed up with ZTE to commence the development of a second-generation Doubao phone, with expectations of shipping the new model by the end of 2026.
