A mere five months following the launch of the Galaxy S25 Edge, Samsung has made the tough call to discontinue the entire series. The primary reason behind this move is that sales have significantly underperformed, falling well short of the company's expectations. In the meantime, Samsung has also scrapped the previously planned release of the Galaxy S26 Edge. As a result, the company is reverting its flagship smartphone lineup to just three models: the Galaxy S26 (alternatively known as the Galaxy S26 Pro), the Galaxy S26 Plus, and the Galaxy S26 Ultra.
