Shenzhen is actively enhancing its smart delivery capabilities by constructing a low-altitude delivery network centered on Shenzhen and covering major cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Currently, 8 operational bases for express delivery drones have been established, with 175 drones deployed and 60 distribution stations set up. A total of 449 routes, including intercity and cross-sea routes, have been opened, enabling delivery within 2 hours for same city (same-city) shipments and 3 hours for intercity (intercity) shipments. Cargo drones fly over a thousand sorties daily, transporting an average of 20,000 express parcels per day.
