EHang announced on August 26 that it has officially signed an investment cooperation agreement with the Government of Hefei. This agreement outlines the establishment of EHang's headquarters for its VT35 series of long-range hybrid-wing unmanned eVTOL products in Hefei. The collaboration envisages the construction of a comprehensive base in Hefei, encompassing the entire development chain from research and development testing, manufacturing, to airworthiness certification. The total investment for this project stands at approximately 1 billion yuan, with the Hefei Government pledging comprehensive support amounting to approximately 500 million yuan.
