Benn Jordan, a passionate American enthusiast of music and science, recently showcased an extraordinary experiment: he transformed a PNG image of a bird into an audio waveform and trained a young, domesticated starling to replicate this unique sound wave. Remarkably, he was able to successfully retrieve the original image from the bird's call. Jordan's calculations suggest that this avant-garde bird-based data transmission system could theoretically achieve a transfer rate of approximately 2MB/s.
