Qunar's travel data reveals a notable surge in reservations for indoor skiing and ice and snow parks across the country since July, with a year-on-year increase of 100%. Notably, southern indoor ski resorts have outpaced their northern counterparts in terms of bookings. Specifically, Guangzhou's Hot Snow Miracle has witnessed a fourfold increase in ticket orders compared to the same period last year. Furthermore, Suzhou Taicang's Alpine Snow World has not only experienced a surge in reservations but has also spurred a 40% year-on-year growth in hotel bookings in the vicinity. Additionally, emerging formats such as indoor surfing, indoor sea fishing, indoor beach combing, and indoor rock climbing have rapidly gained popularity, with search interest jumping by over 10 times from one month to the next.
