Jianglai Advanced Manufacturing Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd. has recently published a notice of dissolution through the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System, citing the decision to terminate the joint venture as the reason for the cancellation. This announcement will be in effect from June 10th to July 24th. Market analysts suggest that with NIO Inc. achieving self-sufficiency in production, the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) cooperation model employed by Jianglai Advanced has become obsolete, prompting both parties to mutually agree on dissolving the company.
