It will leverage the role of the provincial '4+1' special funds and the Zhejiang Social Security Science and Technology Innovation Fund to support potential brain-computer interface enterprises and high-quality R&D projects in a market-oriented manner, guiding social capital towards early-stage, small-scale, long-term, and hard technology sectors. Utilizing the 'Direct Train for Private Enterprises to Apply for Equity Financing from Industrial Funds,' eligible brain-computer interface projects will be included in the provincial government investment fund project library. Financial institutions will be guided to innovate financial products such as 'Concept Verification Loans' and 'Pilot Scale Loans,' supporting intellectual property pledge financing and securitization for brain-computer interfaces, providing enterprises with financial support throughout their entire lifecycle. Meanwhile, eligible brain-computer interface enterprises will be encouraged to choose appropriate methods for listing.
