Leveraging JD.com's extensive supply chain ecosystem, both parties aim to advance the deployment of technical solutions for embodied robots across various domains, including warehouse automation, intelligent scheduling, autonomous fulfillment, and digital maintenance. Concurrently, they will collaborate to establish a comprehensive robot after-sales service system, encompassing the full spectrum of inspection and maintenance, aesthetic and functional upkeep, repair and refurbishment, as well as equipment recycling. This initiative is designed to enhance the overall utilization efficiency of robots throughout their lifecycle while minimizing comprehensive operational and maintenance expenses.
