On April 15, JD.com made an announcement regarding the introduction of its innovative 'Robot Ambulance' service. This service is designed to offer comprehensive maintenance and repair solutions for a wide range of robots, including humanoid robots, quadruped robots, and AI companion robots. The services encompass basic repairs, thorough fault diagnosis, battery replacement and energy replenishment, rigorous testing and appraisal, cosmetic maintenance, as well as equipment recycling. At present, this service is available in Beijing, with plans to extend its reach to more than 50 major cities nationwide within the next three years.
