Microsoft, in partnership with prestigious institutions such as the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of Illinois, has jointly released the AIOpsLab project as open-source. The primary objective of this collaboration is to bolster cloud automation and streamline operations management. The AIOpsLab project encompasses five key modules: coordinator, services, workload generator, fault generator, and observability. These modules collectively support multiple cloud service environments, facilitating automated fault detection, localization, and resolution. This enhances the observability of cloud services and boosts operational efficiency. Additionally, AIOpsLab integrates a range of monitoring tools, offering users comprehensive system information and robust monitoring capabilities.
