In collaboration with the public security department, Zhejiang Mobile has become the first in China to enable all users across the province to receive callbacks from the 110 emergency service, even when their mobile services are suspended. This groundbreaking innovation tackles the critical issue of emergency communication breakdowns that occur when callback attempts by emergency responders are unable to connect due to suspended phone services caused by unpaid bills. The technology achieves this by revamping the core network's foundational architecture, creating a dedicated, high-priority channel specifically for 110 callback signals. This ensures that callback commands can circumvent service suspension restrictions, facilitating toll-free calls, millisecond-level connection speeds, and uninterrupted two-way real-time communication. This capability is maintained even during peak call volumes, as network resources are allocated with top priority to this service. Following extensive real-world testing in 11 cities across the province under various scenarios, a flawless 100% success rate was achieved. Presently, this feature is accessible throughout the entire province, and all Zhejiang Mobile users automatically benefit from the 110 callback service during service outages, without the need for any application process.
