On October 21, Digital China made an announcement stating that its majority-owned subsidiary, Beijing Digital China Kuntai Information Technology Co., Ltd., had been awarded the bid and appointed as the supplier for the core equipment procurement project (the third batch of PICC Property & Casualty in 2026) by the PICC Group. The scope of the successful bid encompasses Kunpeng general bare metal servers and Kunpeng general computing servers, with the total contract value amounting to 86.624 million yuan (inclusive of taxes). Assuming the project progresses without significant hurdles, it is anticipated to yield a favorable influence on the company's business in computing infrastructure products under its own brand, as well as its overall operational performance. However, it is important to note that a formal contract for the project has not been executed yet, and thus, certain uncertainties remain.
