NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang stated at the GTC conference in Berlin that in the future, all telecom operators will provide AI computing power, and telecom base stations may evolve into distributed AI networks. He compared the AI economy to a five-layer cake, encompassing energy, computing power, AI factories, models, and applications. Notably, only NVIDIA's logo appears in the computing power layer, while other layers involve energy companies, AI factory builders, and European AI model and application companies. Huang also mentioned that currently, the cost of building a 1-gigawatt data center is approximately $50 billion, covering expenses such as land, electricity, construction, computing equipment, storage, and cooling.
