From October 21 to 24, the 23rd China National Computer Congress (CNCC2026) convened at the Western China International Expo City and the Tianfu International Convention Center, centered around the theme of "Data-Driven, Intelligent Computing for the Future." This edition of the congress holds special significance as it marks the inaugural occurrence in Chengdu, Sichuan, in its 23-year history. The event was masterfully hosted by the China Computer Federation and co-organized by a consortium of esteemed institutions, including the Sichuan International Expo Group, Sichuan University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and Southwest Jiaotong University. Additionally, valuable support was extended by Southwest Petroleum University, Xihua University, and Sichuan University of Science & Engineering, contributing to the seamless execution of the congress.
