On July 28, NVIDIA signed a lease agreement with data center developer Hut 8, planning to lease a hyperscale data center with a capacity of 1 gigawatt in Texas, with total rent potentially reaching up to $50 billion. The initial 15-year lease contract is valued at approximately $19.6 billion, and if the subsequent 30-year renewal option is included, the total value will rise to $50 billion.
