As per a report from the Fars News Agency—the official media arm of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC)—on July 21, the IRGC announced that it had carried out an attack on Amazon's data infrastructure in Bahrain. This assault involved the firing of several cruise missiles and resulted in the destruction of Amazon's primary data center situated in Bahrain, which is an enterprise under the United States. This act is perceived as a retaliatory measure in response to prior US military strikes targeting Iranian installations. At present, there has been no official response from the US, Bahrain, or Amazon regarding this incident.
