Kanghui Co., Ltd. has made an announcement revealing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Kanghui Zhichuang Technology Co., Ltd., has recently entered into a Computing Power Service Contract with Customer D. Under the terms of this contract, Beijing Kanghui Zhichuang Technology Co., Ltd. is tasked with the procurement and deployment of high-performance computing power servers. Additionally, it will undertake the responsibilities of equipment networking, stress testing, and joint debugging, all in strict adherence to the technical specifications outlined by Customer D. Once the equipment successfully passes the acceptance criteria set by Customer D, Beijing Kanghui Zhichuang Technology Co., Ltd. will proceed to offer comprehensive, full-cycle operation and maintenance services. In return, Customer D will remit monthly computing power service fees. The total estimated value of this contract spans from RMB 415 million to RMB 679 million, encompassing a cooperation tenure of 5 years. This period is divided into an initial 3-year cooperation phase, followed by a renewal phase extending from the 4th to the 5th year.
