On July 16, information from “Shenma's Moments” revealed that Alibaba’s ATH Business Group has undergone a significant organizational restructuring. Specifically, the Token Foundry Business Division has been restructured, and the Tongyi Wanxiang team has been integrated into the Future Life Lab, which is now under the leadership of Alibaba Vice President Zhang Di. Following this integration, Zhang Di will oversee three cutting-edge multimodal models at Alibaba Group: the text-to-image and video model Wanxiang (with its latest iteration, Wan2.7), the video generation model HappyHorse, and the world model HappyOyster.
