Tunghsing has made an announcement revealing that its holding subsidiary, Dongguan Tunghsing Yunzhisuan Technology Co., Ltd., has entered into a computing power service procurement contract with Company C. The estimated total value of this contract spans from 13 billion yuan to 15 billion yuan (inclusive of taxes). As per the terms of the contract, Tunghsing Yunzhisuan is tasked with procuring and deploying high-performance computing power servers. These servers will be utilized to supply computing resources to Company C on a leasing arrangement, with Company C being responsible for making monthly service fee payments. The contract will be in effect for a period of 60 months following the acceptance of the order.

Tunghsing has expressed that this collaborative effort will serve as a significant boost to the expansion of its computing power business. Nevertheless, it is important to note that the fulfillment of this contract is not without its challenges.
