CRUN has officially announced that, in a strategic move to bolster its 'Computing Power Liquid Cooling + Green Energy' business initiatives, Chen Chun has been appointed as Deputy General Manager of the company. This decision was made following a nomination by the General Manager, a thorough review by the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, and subsequent deliberation at the Ninth Meeting of the Seventh Board of Directors.
In a related development, the Board of Directors has acknowledged the receipt of a written resignation from Li Hui, who currently serves as Deputy General Manager. Citing personal reasons, Li Hui has tendered his resignation from the position, effective immediately upon the delivery of the resignation report to the Board of Directors. Following his resignation, Li Hui will relinquish all other roles within the company.
