On June 30, Tencent Cloud made an announcement stating that, following a thorough assessment and in light of product business adjustments, the Cloud Mate service will be discontinued starting at 23:59:59 on August 31, 2027. From that point onward, the Cloud Mate console and its associated functionalities will no longer be accessible. The handling of data retention, export, and recovery will strictly comply with Tencent Cloud's established regulations. The delisting process will be carried out in three distinct phases: First, new customer access will be terminated at 23:59:59 on August 31, 2026. Second, the ability to make configuration changes will be suspended at 23:59:59 on February 28, 2027. Finally, the service will be officially shut down at 23:59:59 on August 31, 2027.
