On the morning of the 26th, during a press conference centered on "Unlocking the Value of Data Elements," Wang Shuo, Director of the Wuhan Municipal Data Bureau, announced that Wuhan is set to establish 100 data circulation and utilization scenarios tailored to the "965" industrial framework. Concurrently, the city is launching an enhanced version of its computing voucher initiative, backed by a 100 million yuan fund. This program is open to universities, research institutions, businesses, and individual entrepreneurs based in the OPC community. Furthermore, the Wuhan Computing Public Service Platform will undergo a simultaneous upgrade to introduce token-based services. This strategic move is designed to streamline access to computing power for both individuals and enterprises, making it as straightforward and ubiquitous as accessing water and electricity.
