In alignment with the strategic decisions and deployments set forth by the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and with the goal of advancing the coordinated development of large, medium, and small enterprises within the platform economy, and constructing an open, inclusive, and mutually beneficial ecosystem, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in collaboration with seven other departments, has jointly unveiled the 'Action Plan for Fostering Collaborative Growth Among Large, Medium, and Small Enterprises in the Platform Economy (2026-2028)'. This plan places a strong emphasis on innovation, ecological harmony, and open cooperation, with the ambition to substantially elevate the standard of collaborative development by 2028. It aims to establish a range of replicable and scalable models for collaborative innovation, nurture a group of manufacturing single-champion enterprises, enhance the openness and sharing of technological and data assets, and develop numerous service platforms and intelligent service application scenarios. The plan delineates critical tasks and specific initiatives centered on bolstering innovation-driven collaboration, refining ecological collaboration frameworks, and deepening open and collaborative networks.
