On March 31, TPV Technology made public that its subsidiary, Wuhu Changxin Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd., had entered into a Computing Power Service Contract with China Unicom (Qinghai) Green Power Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd. The contract, inclusive of tax, is valued at a total of RMB 262 million and spans a service period of five years. As per the contract stipulations, China Unicom Qinghai Green Computing will engage Changxin Intelligent Computing to deliver all-encompassing computing power services. These services encompass a wide range of areas, including platform model adaptation and migration, network optimization, operation and maintenance support, equipment warranty and after-sales service, SLA (Service Level Agreement) services, and software services. The overall contract price encompasses all computing power service fees for the five-year duration from the service commencement date. Specifically, the service fee for the first quarter is set at RMB 13.0944 million. The contract payments are scheduled to be made in 20 installments.
