On March 19, Alibaba Group unveiled its financial results for the fiscal quarter that concluded on December 31, 2025. According to the report, Alibaba's revenue for this quarter amounted to RMB 284.843 billion, marking a 2% year-on-year increase. The net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders stood at RMB 16.322 billion, while the net profit under non-GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) criteria was RMB 16.710 billion, reflecting a 67% year-on-year decline. These profit fluctuations are mainly attributed to the company's strategic capital investments in areas such as instant retail, user experience enhancement, and core technology development. Additionally, the company reported a free cash flow of RMB 11.346 billion for the quarter.
