Dutch cloud infrastructure behemoth Nebius Group NV has inked a strategic cooperation pact with Meta Platforms Inc., a deal valued at a staggering $27 billion. As per the terms of this agreement, Nebius is set to supply Meta with exclusive artificial intelligence computing capabilities, amounting to $12 billion. This includes the pioneering, large-scale implementation of Nvidia chips on a global scale. In reciprocation, Meta has pledged to make further acquisitions over the forthcoming five-year period, elevating the cumulative value of the agreement to $15 billion.
