On February 9, TotalEnergies announced the signing of two long-term power purchase agreements to supply 1 gigawatt of solar power to Google's data centers in Texas, with a total supply volume of 28 terawatt-hours over 15 years. This power will be provided by TotalEnergies' two ongoing projects in Texas—the Wichita project (805 megawatts peak power) and the Mustang Creek project (195 megawatts peak power), both scheduled to commence construction in the second quarter of 2026.
