Ruifeng New Energy has inked an investment framework agreement with the Management Committee of the Xuanhua Economic Development Zone in Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. The agreement outlines the company's plan to invest approximately 24 billion yuan in constructing the Xuanhua Artificial Intelligence Computing Power Center Project within the Xuanhua District. Once completed, this project is set to emerge as the largest inference computing power cluster park in northern China.
Centering on the core concept of "smart computing center + green power + energy storage", the project will be rolled out in five stages. The initial phase of the smart computing center is slated to feature at least 3,000 racks, with an anticipated operational date before February 2028.
