On October 11, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in collaboration with seven other departments, jointly unveiled the Implementation Plan for Fostering Innovative Development in Service-Oriented Manufacturing (2025-2028). This strategic blueprint advocates for fortifying the construction of cutting-edge information infrastructure, intensifying the integrated innovation and widespread adoption of '5G + Industrial Internet,' tailoring the deployment of computing infrastructure to meet specific demands, and fostering seamless integration of computing power across various industries. Furthermore, the plan sets its sights on enhancing the quality of industrial data element provision, expediting the transformation of data into valuable resources, assets, and key elements, and constructing top-tier industry datasets. Beyond that, it champions the fusion of artificial intelligence technologies with service-oriented manufacturing, steering the utilization of general-purpose large models, industry-specific large models, and intelligent agents in pivotal scenarios, all while reinforcing network and data security measures.
