Recently, the collective industrial project in the Pingfang area of Chaoyang District and the industrial project (Phase I) on the south side of the Second Airport Expressway officially commenced. This project is set to become one of the high-end infrastructures for film and television production in urban Beijing. Early this year, under the guidance of Beijing city and district authorities, the Pingfang area introduced Alibaba Group as the cooperation partner to build an industry-leading digital film studio. The project adopts a customized cooperation model, and upon completion, it will be leased to the Orca Entertainment Group.
