CITIC Construction Investment has highlighted that Oracle's financial report reveals a significant surge in its cloud orders, reaching US$455 billion, which marks a more than fourfold increase on a year-on-year basis. The escalating demand for computing power infrastructure from AI clients has propelled the revenue growth of Oracle's cloud division and Alibaba Cloud. CITIC Construction Investment recommends keeping a close watch on the computing power infrastructure industry chain, especially given the robust demand in both the domestic and global AI computing power markets. Furthermore, China Mobile has launched a tender for hollow-core optical cables, signaling that domestic internet firms are expediting the trial of novel optical cable technologies to cater to AI requirements. In the meantime, China and the United States are set to deliberate on economic and trade matters in Spain, and the Ministry of Commerce's anti-dumping probe into U.S. chips has also garnered substantial attention.
