On May 15th, during an investor relations event, Shijia Photonics unveiled its strategic focus on three pivotal emerging markets: data centers, access networks, and LiDAR & sensing technologies. The company has already attained stable mass production of access network chips, enabling the establishment of gigabit and 10-gigabit networks. Furthermore, silicon photonics light sources destined for data centers have commenced small-batch deliveries. In the realm of LiDAR, Shijia Photonics' products have successfully obtained automotive certification, been integrated into the automotive supply chain, and are now being shipped in small batches. Additionally, gas sensing chips are being utilized in power and environmental monitoring applications on a batch basis. Meanwhile, EML lasers have concluded their sample development phase and are progressing into customer verification. Looking ahead, Shijia Photonics aims to fortify its process expertise and expedite the industrialization of its diverse product portfolio.
